LLLL.com & LLLL.net - Were next?

With all the LLLL.com's taken and making good returns and with LLLL.net looking to be the next marketplace, where will the next speculative interest come from?

Do you see LLLL.info being the way forward or should we be looking at LLL.any of the minor extensions?

There are some really good domains out there that can be registered for the lesser known extensions, do you think this market will ever take off or is it wiser to invest (for the the long term) in .info's?
