I managed to hand-reg a LLL.co.uk last week, the domain is:

N J W . C O . U K

I've looked up sales figures on namebio - does anyone know the what the resellers vs end-user guide prices would be for a domain like this?

I think it was one of those being in the right place at the right time sort of thing... was doing a scan of the 3 letter L__.co.uk's a couple weeks ago... and one LLL was available - seems that the previous owners must have surrendered the name and it was only deleted from the registry minutes (maybe even hours?) before I did the scan. :sold:


Wouldn't mind that happening again a few times over the year, but doubt it ever will ... ah well

expert dropcatchers catch these over and above the big firms, there must have been no suspended status, maybe it just dropped out of blue or was cancelled, who knows???

reseller value is more like £500 though, in fact i was offered a much nicer one for cheaper recently
having said that u want enduser sales tho, so be prepared to hold and £3k - £5k is totally reasonable in my opinion to expect

Thanks for the replies everyone... yeah I think you're all dead right about being lucky for this one. I had to blink my eyes *several times* when I saw it say this:
