LL.coms

Hey guys
I'm searching for a LL.com and the cheapest I can find is about $60K. Is there any 'minimum wholesale value' range for these babies? I know the sky's the limit for top end of range - what's the bottom?

Very good question. I think LL.com's are all about end-users.

I have not specific data to make this guess, but I'd imagine that they "minimum wholesale value" for the worst lettered LL.com (ie zq.com) would be somewhere in the $35k to $45k range.

Folks who own LL.com's are a select and small group, with many in end users hands. These are rarely sold these days and when they are, the values are usually very strong.

I imagine that someday soon the same will be said with LLL.coms, though there are still a decent (but shrinking) number in sales circulation.

Notwithstanding the wholesale value of LL.com's, you will find it difficult to flip LL.com's because there are a fewer prospective buyers due to the higher price tag. I think I have only seen one or two public LL.com sales within the last 6 months...

Thanks guys. Many of the owners of LL.com I spoke to are very arrogant and asking ridiculous amounts. (check out tz.com). I think its tough to find a "bargain".
