domain Likely actual sale value - mibit.com

Hi All,

I have sat on a domain for 15 years, hoping to use it but never getting around to it: mibit.com

I recently received an evaluation that put it shy of 20,000 euros, which was suprising to say the least.

Realistically though, any thoughts on probable sale price for the domain and whether an auction or straight for sale price would be the way to go?

I think Mi being a company may come up with a fitbit kind of product. Also I see .co coming up with something. Looking at mid $$$$ for this.
