What you should interpret from that is that estibot basically looks at the words and then shakes a magic 8-ball and dips its metaphorical hands into a hat to come up with a dollar appraisal.
They are generally widely off the mark because they do not account for the human element, generally the best they can do is prompt you to take a closer look at the exact searches and adverts as well as the competition.
HomeAlone.net, HomeLoan.net and similar would've been far better...since Google tries to change the spelling of yours and even prompts you, you may make out far better by doing some research and SEO and maybe getting a few clicks while parked but for those reasons I don't think it is worth very much. Typo domains are to be avoided if possible (especially as so many far better domains exist and are still available)
