LH.com is transfered to Lufthansa again ... What Happened?

I just checked LH.com and it seems the current owner is Lufthansa
What happened? Did FMA lost the suit again or FMA sold it to Lufthansa?
Anyone knows more info regarding this case?

LH.com coming back online didn't mean FMA won the suit they filed in NY district court, it just temporarily stopped the transfer from the [flawed] UDRP decision. I guess FMA lost?

I can't imagine it was sold because Lufthansa won the UDRP decision, and even if FMA won in district court, I can't imagine they'd turn around and sell it to the hijackers. You have to keep in mind that Lufthansa tried to buy it from FMA before all this mess and they failed... if it wasn't sold when Lufthansa came to them in good faith, I can't imagine they'd reach an agreement after Lufthansa tried to steal it.
