I wanted to start a slightly different kind of thread today... We often see the same discussions, and I thought it would be interesting to delve into real-world UDRP experiences...
So, let's do something different: share a domain name you've had a UDRP filed against...
Please share the domain. Whether you won or lost the UDRP case...
I'm hoping this will provide valuable insights and a different perspective on domain name challenges...
To get us started, I'll share my own experience

Domain: Bitrise.app
Result: Loss

This was when I was very new to domaining, and it was a valuable, albeit painful, learning experience. It definitely taught me the importance of trademark research.

I did not had any yet, which is good, but I was threatened in the beginning on a domain ending in (????dex.com) but it never happened cause I have lots of ???? word related domains and the other party knew, that it would be better to not play with me.

I've yet to receive any legal threats (although I guess these things are a matter of time) but I'm very interested to see how many forum users have and whether they're prepared to tell us about it.
