Let us generate some ideas for .gd

.gd is the ccTLD for Grenada, which is running by http://www.adamsnames.tc (AdansNames also runs the domain name registries for .tc, .vg, and .ms)

I noticed that recentely some ideas to develop the .vg as "Video Game', or the name of "Vegas". That is really meaningful and would benifit domainers much if accepted by public.

.gd is the latest launched one amongs .gd, .tc, .vg, and .ms. looks no any special meaning was giving to it yet.

Could we started to generate some cool meaning for it here?

.gd hmmmm. According to acronymfinder dot com, some ideas:

Grateful Dead. Lord knows there are still a lot of dead headers out there, how about an extension for them?

Graphic Design. Cool, an extension for the talented amongst us.

General Delivery. How about THIS idea? Sending email to a .gd extension costs you money. That way, I can have an email on one of those domains and not receive a bunch of mail from spammers.

for example london.gd - "the guide to london" would be easy to remember

Great ~~ ! I think this is the Best idea here for .gd

So for some of my Domains, it is easy to development:

Casinos.gd <--- Guide for casinos
Game.gd <-- Guide for game

and so on...

For the non-purists, though, "guide" seems like the best bet; it's the most generic.

my favorites from acronymfinder were graphic design and graduates degree. I dont support rebranding an extension. As long as I live .tv will always be tuvalu and .ws will always be Western Samoa

If it becomes a generally accepted term that allows the extension to actually be utilized, provides meaningful value to the end user and helps me to earn a living, hey I am ALL FOR IT!
