Hexonet has sent today the following, important information regarding those three TLDs (especially affecting .TC):
And also the following info regarding registrations of new .TC domain names:
AdamsNames, the offical registry operator for .TC (ccTLD of Turks and Caicos), .GD (ccTLD of Grenada) and .VG (ccTLD of British Virgin Islands) is currently undergoing a major system upgrade. The Registry has been taken offline and is scheduled to be online as of Monday August 13, 2012. After the upgrade, the following important changes are to take effect.

Standard EPP
Real-Time updates
Transfers will be processed via an Authorization Code
A 60 Day Lock after a successful Transfer will apply (ServerTransferProhibited)
Restores will be automated
Changes take effect on Monday August 13, 2012
2. Price Increases
The Registry will be increasing prices, as well as, start charging in USD (change of base currency) going forward.
