Affiliate site with earnings of 1020 USD over past 12 months. How would you appraise and sell it? Not adult as being a lesbian is a lifestyle choice. This site is a lesbian dating site for Canada.

Good Luck!

This seems to be his TM post :alien: just look at at all his previous ones - just about all of them say the same thing !

.

Hopefully the user will be banned, diciplined or promptly struck by lightning.

But this domain: It looks good around $2,000 -- 2,500 or higher (the cliche-to the right buyer)

I see the post by Namecaster has been removed. What puzzles me is that his profile says he is 'Retired Staff' - :| I wonder why?

Yes, just check his post on this one, claims MegaLiving.com is reg fee due to T.M. issues.

http://www.namepros.com/domain-appraisals/206591-megaliving-com-please-appraise.html

After repeated requests to explain his view he failed to respond.

Personaly, I think there should be a new rule at Name Pro's whereby all replies to appraisal requests include at least one sentence explaining the opinion of the appraiser.

The automatic 'Reg. Fee' or '$100' response should explain why the appraiser has come to his conclusion.

We should all, take a moment to consider that many of these appraisal threads appear on search engine searches for the domain names in question.

Although our appraisals should be realistic, remember that any potential buyer of 'YOUR' domain, is likely to Google the domain and come across any appraisal threads.

How would you feel if a $xxx or $x,xxx deal fell apart, because the bidder stumbled across a "IMHO Reg. Fee - Crap Domain" post? :td:

I think I suggested that long ago -- that all appraisals have at least one sentence of justification. That would help.

AND the justification has to be valid. I heard that saddam.com was worth nthing because it 'racist.' ppl -- if you don't know what you're talking about, SHUT THE F*CK UP! I'm TIRED of uneducated ppl posting just-because.

Are you folks asleep? I deal with some pretty radical domain purchasers and I could buy this easily for $20,000 USD and sell it to my off-shore chump money-man for a profit... and he would still turn it around and sell the name within a month and make a profit!

Nice name...good to see current development!

Send me a PM if you want to dump it quick within $xx,xxx range...you gotta fill in the x's my friend and don't forget that there should be some zero's!

Good for you and your friend. If you could resell this for as much as you say, well, more power to you. But you and your partner would be paying far more than it's worth.

The whole American Dream is based on people eager and willing to pay more than things are worth!

I am in the business of selling and I know that any price is possible for the right buyer if he believes that it is a worthwhile investment.

I sell things to people everyday that are worth less than they pay...but they are happy...

It's called marketing...it is what you and everyone here revolves around!

Isn't it?

I agree with you, 100% That's a given -- fbrg45345btgh-nrth65-mtyjh.ws would sell for $xx,xxx if you found the right buyer. It's just a hard sell trying to get as much as you state from this domain. BUT if you actually can, then that's GREAT. Just because ppl think/know you'ver overpaying doesn't mean you shouldn't if you know you can make a profit from it & prove your critics wrong.
