IMHO you could easily get 12-14 months revenue for the name from a reseller/developer. If you found a domainer who had the extra cash (most of us don't), I'm sure you could get 18-24 months revenue for it if you gave solid evidence of your $900 per year figure.

How many uniques per month does it draw in? Is the traffic purely type-in?

It should be worth 18 months revenue or more. I recently sold a "traffic" name for 4 years revenue so who knows.

It is a decent revenue, especialy where you have not put efforts in development. And it seems that reveneue is increasing (based on what you get last month). Online dating is and will be exanding.

IMHO so go for mid xxxx. or there is no reason to sale it until you are in desprate need of money.
