security Lend.me is scam or legit?

I saw in the sidebar of this website an ad about "lend.me". Is it legit?

If it's an ad here on NamePros I'd expect they are a legitimate company. Never used them before but I believe the admin(s) here have control over what ads show, so if they were in any way unreliable or fraudulent, the ad wouldn't be here.
