Legality of [trademark]sucks.com domain

Just wondering what the legality of using a trademark followed by "sucks.com" as a domain name to criticize a company (think paypalsucks.com).

Are you allowed to use someone's trademark as PART of your domain? Can they win a lawsuit against you?

Yes. Yes.

No hint of commercial use, having a disclaimer, free speech, etc. Any of what
I mentioned and more can help determine whether you'll be able to keep the
name or not.
