Have you ever registered a (Whatever)Sucks.com domain? I've been thinking of doing it for a company local to me because they frustrate me at every turn. I just finished signing up for their competitors service, and when it's all set up with them, I'll be canceling the service of the first. I was thinking of registering the *******Sucks.com of the company that has been screwing me. So... I was just wondering if any of you guys have done anything like that.

If the CompanySucks site is nonprofit (ads free) and all contents are related to the complaints about the company, you are on the safe side and being protected under free speech rights.

I run a CompanySucks.org for years, the company is the leader of the PC OS market. Site ranks #1 on google and that company's own search engine with keywords 'companyname sucks'. No serious issue so far.

Good luck with your development.

Yep... there is nothing illegal about this and they are quite common. Just be very careful not to use any of their copyrighted content as that companies lawers will jump all over you (ie logos.. even if modified).
