I have just reg TVOnlineGuide.com and EuroExpressTravel.com. In other forums some people have told me that there might be trademarked issues with both of these domains. However, my attorney says that as soon as I buy the domain, my domains are copyrighted and protected. Is there anyone here that knows a little more about this system and the legality concerns I am having. Any help?

Even if it is Trademarked It doesnt matter my attorney is telling me. Trademarked items are for products that a company or person intends to sell with their logo or tradename on the product so that their brand is easily recognizable and protected from other people trying to sell their same products. If you own a domain name, but do not intend to sell products with the trademarked words (they must be the exact words trademarked anyways - i.e. TV Guide Online not TV Online Guide) then you are not infringing on the laws surronding trademarks. Trademarks and service marks are defined as laws protecting the brand name of specific companies products.

Registering a domain name doesn't grant intellectual property rights, period. It
says so in your registrar's agreement, unless you're dealing with one that's out
of the ordinary.

What exactly's concerning you, anyway?

The only thing that concerns me is the TVOnlineGuide.com reg. The other one: EuroExpressTravel isnt trademarked. TV Guide Online has their service mark in the National Trademark and Patent office and Im worried that if i park this domain they may come after me for domain squatting. Legit Concern Correct?

Especially if the parking page shows ads of competing services, yup. But then,
a trademark holder can go after a domain registrant anytime.

IMHO your ability to use the domain name is limited. While both the trademark
and your domain name have different word arrangements, you'll probably have
a tough time showing users won't likely confuse the 2 given the mark's broad
coverage.

Stand by for further answers, especially from the lawyer-members here.

I appreciate any help any other outside lawyers can give me other than my own. I was thinking about trademarking the name in my own way, different from TV Guide.
