Legal Issues on regitering company and domains

hello, i want to register a company in USA. and i have some questions:
1. is there any where that i can register my trademark online??
2. my company name is for example: abcd and all extensions has been registered by some one that lives in one of countries which united states applied embargo against it( in who is the owner address and all other information indicates his nationality ) , if i register the company is there any chance for me to take back those extension and own them???
3. if the answer is yes where should i contact to take that domains and extension back

2 - That's called reverse hijacking, unless you can prove the 3 criterea for bad faith and take them in WIPO.
