i currently applied for a host, I applied sunday, it is now Thursday night.
They have broken the agreement with the specs, they've lied about it being made, they've lied about getting it within 24hours, i went to see what was up and the server tech messaged me asking for the specs, he changed the plan, even after we agreed, he then placed the order to hes "data centre" and got told to wait another 24hours, i then login 24hours later to check and get a messaged 35hours later saying the other admin has the details but hes sick, they have constantly screwed me over
do i have any grounds for legal action? i have already put in a paypal dispute, who do i report them to? also, anything else i can do? any advice?
Thanks
-James

Unfortunately, I've heard Paypal doesn't do anything for claims in non-tangible items and services. If you paid with a Credit card through paypal, you might make the claim to your CC provider.

I think first you should should either ask or demand a refund from them before going to a third party. That way you have documentation to show they wouldn't give what they originally promised. Beyond that you might have a small claims case if you are in compatible jurisdictions. If not you may win but still not collect.

lastly, you can take the position I took when registerfly wronged me last year. Give them all the bad PR You've paid for.

they actually changed the agreement several times, isn't that illegal? also, i'm going to give them a day, if i don't recieve my money i am going to report the domain (they have fake whois on about 150 domains) i put a claim into paypal, hopefully the seller just doesn't reply and left the money in there.
