Hey nitin, good idea I like it. Not worth much undeveloped but go for it and develop this. Tons of people would use it.

Undeveloped: reg fee - low xx
Developed: (I can see this becoming hugely popular) Depends on dev. Low XXX to Mid X,XXX (if done brilliantly)

Nice idea........... But i think the script will be tough to produce...........
Make sure your design is good and put ads to make more revenue. Now coming to the domain...... The domain is good and the number between the two words makes it look unique. The domain sounds good and is easy to remember . So good luck.
