.us Leasing a dot us domain to non-US company?

As a US resident and dot us registrant, can I lease the use of a dot us domain to a foreign company? This would not be a proxy registration of a new name, but a domain I already have registered. Registration would stay in my name, but I would point the DNS to their servers for a specified period of time. Is this against the dot us terms of registration and would I be in danger of losing my registration?
