Has anyone here ever done a successful lease with option to buy deal... (either as leaser or lessee)
Well as lessee (renter/buyer) for an undeved name you would basically hurt yourself if you built a site and then opted not to buy. For the seller it would be a win win situation.
Better than having a domain parked. Lease with option and you'll either have a sale or still a great domain - now with some past...(+the lease income)
any thoughts on this as I am thinking about both offering for lease and looking into leasing a name.
