Hi All. I'd like an appraisal for this domain. The site has also been developed as well, with close to 200 videos.

Nice name, tough to appraise domain only. I am thinking mid $xxx and beyond.

Well, I paid $49 for an official appraisal at sedo.com and They had it appraised at $2,250 or so , based on similar **.tube domains that had recently been sold.

I'm not sure why "tube" names have been so popular lately. I definitely think of it as a fad. You should cash in on it if you can. Regarding the official appraisal - they will tell you $x,xxx for any name you pay them to appraise. Not many people will look at a sedo appraisal and say, yes now I am certainly going to pay $x,xxx for it.

Honestly, the amount you spent on the appraisal would have been my max bid on this domain if it were at auction (IF I even decided the name was one I would be interested in). I think with the "tube" hype it is flippable for a profit unless you have already paid alot for it. Sorry I haven't yet looked at the site and cannot guess the value it adds or how much traffic it receives. Good luck!

Try a crappy name and they say $2,000. most of us know better than to pay for them. they take your money . you learned a little lesson and it only cost $50. paying for that apprasial kills your resell profit as it not a name that i can see selling for more than high XX to low XXX. Sorry.

GagsTube.com got to $250 in recent namepros live auction.

I would put the name at a similar level low - mid $xxx.

From my own personal point of view, im not a fan of this type of name and would have valued it lower, but the popularity of <word>tube.com names, makes me appraise it as above.

THanks for all your input. I have about 8 bids on the site right now, so we'll see how it goes. The free video system is already in place. It runs on a license of Clip-Share. Which is a $160 value also included in the sale.

I agree on certain appraisal sites, like swiftappraisal.com (the free ones) it is totally bogus data, however I tend to believe sedo and a couple other bigger names do a decent job.

a2zwebs seriosuly dont use them again. they are not legit and all us "regulars" know this. They never say a name is bad. There formula is ok its a .com thats a $500 starting point. If you are around long enough you will see people showing up with TubeDrawnLamps.com and the "Apprasiers" say its $1800 . Just trying to save you money .
