Kiawah Island is a very popular but expensive tourist destination in South Carolina (note the .sc extension). Some homes down there go for $20 million or more. I checked the United States trademark registry, and all trademarks for "Kiawah" are for light bulbs, and they're all cancelled. What kind of value do you think this has to an end user, i.e. a resort or something? I plan to use it for a rental listing website.
