I always use the Estibot tools for reviewing the volume and the reports on the Overture scores if it has them. I figure that tells me what networks might do better to do the ads with it on if you plan to build it before selling./

Don’t quite understand the question as aside from completely made up domains all domains contain keywords. If you are asking how we stay on top of trends its from a large variety of sources including reported sales.

I buy any major extension if it has 100k or better search volume this includes .net and .org I think both still have a decent future. Not many good .coms left and .io doesn't work for everything.
