Dr. Kevin Ham's Reinvent Technology is making a bold move toward becoming a major player in the convergence of TV and the Internet. In a bid to become a global leader in interactive media, Reinvent has just appointed the man who launched Oprah Winfrey's TV talk show to a newly created Executive Senior VP position.

If what I read about Kevin Ham and Hitfarm is true, then DNjournal.com's BS love-fest story about an infamous typo-squatter is a sad commentary about the desperate state of ppc schemes, dnjournal owner's quest to keep my portfolio worth something in a recession , and the extent fellow domainers will stoop to in order to pay for their daughters' tuition.

My opinion is to take what dnjournal spews with a grain of salt, and for domainers here to read the posts at domainstate.com about the typosquatting history of hitfarm with Kevin Ham at the helm.

i am just pleased to think tv and the net are merging as i have been waiting for , i want more tv style domains out there , so if i read a story about more names being developed for video content i am happy , no matter who is doing it

That's what's pretty funny about the newbs who worship top domainers -- they don't realize is that at least 3/4 of them were heavy into typosquatting, spamming, porn, black hat SEO or other questionable money-making methods. I sure as heck don't worship rich criminals or those who've found loopholes to exploit..

Good idea, one channel for everyone :p

Convergence is being touted for a while now, bandwidth needs to get cheaper.

Still a few years away.
