how long does it take for the nameservers to change so people can view my site again?

it can take anywhere from 15 min to 24 hours. im actually waiting for mine to change as well. i learned a lesson today, not to do buisness with kids who have reseller packages.

It will also depend upon who the name servers are through. Some resolve quickly while others I have seen take up to 72 hours. Again all depends on the DNS provider.
