opinion Just started, need an opinion.

I just started learning about domaining, my first idea was to buy 2/3 domains and develop them so i can sell in the future. The domains i own are:
bangcomics.com
publiccontracts.org
electricars.shop

I am familiar with the topics of this domains, i just dont know it they are decent to develop or if i should do more research before develop something and waste time.
