It may have been there for a while but I just spotted it. Godaddy has a pricing disclaimer that shows when you click on the triangle at the top right of the appraisal.
It is a start in the right direction. Any time someone contacts me about a domain and mentions they will pay X based upon the appraisal, I just delete the inquiry.
