Just sold for $90,000 -- Sale didn't go through

Just sold my website/business for $90,000 on stormpay.

Not sure of the buyers identity, as I havent heard back from him yet (Just happened 5 minutes ago) But he is from Brazil.

From what I understand he is now legally obligated to purchase it now (Stormpay policy)

Anyone have any input on this? Here is the link

24 hrs and still no contact.

I put in a complaint to stormpay about the auction Fee, and will be relisting the site tommorow after the NonPaying Buyers 3 days are up.
Also they inform me that his account will be banned if he is a non payer.

The last guy who bid $90,000 is having his stormpay account suspended.
