I wonder if somebody in .mobi marketplace section actually making any sales?
In most cases i see topics are being replied by same persone, who opened it. Because i still see some mobi domains sales reports on dnsalesprice.com, i wonder, where and how are you people actually really sell your mobi domains?

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've generated $626.50 in sales in this section alone with very little effort.

It's true, and it's nothing to be ashamed of. NamePros and other domain communities are mostly used by domainers, so the majority of sales that take place are wholesale or reseller pricing. But there are buyers from other areas of business that come thru also, and it's good extra exposure for free, so you never know what might happen. :gl:

Well put db. Additionally, the marketplace can give exposure to other sales activities such as Sedo auctions, the impact of which is impossible to measure.

I like any opportunity that uplifts our Namepros collective here.. we are not Sedo, so yes let's all look into such ideas :santa:

Also, I'm into promoting brokering more.. as domaining evolves towards mainstream awareness, this ancient, proven mode of transaction takes place in all major genres of business deals..

1.) Supplier
2.) Buyer
3.) Broker

I am interested in what DB is saying about how other people come to this forum, and the Dot Mobi Section, from outside domaining.. perhaps one day if NamePros can be a leading oasis on the net for "outsiders" to look into here and promote our own domains to end users .. looking to score a commission..

I agree with DB's notion, we all need to start thinking outside the domainer's box.. be the front runner.. and we are now, for Dot Mobi voice to the world

at all, why namepros have not some running software like sedo, godaddy or moniker has? to list domain to receive bid on it, to send it to auction, to see resent namepros sales, etc?
