Just bought myself a PDA!

I've just sold a site for $200 and spent it on a new PDA...I've never had one before, but now that I'm at college full time it would make life easier...carrying my laptop around a crappy building isn't something I really wanted to do, at least with the PDA its safe(r) in my pocket

Anyhoo, I got it off ebay for 75GBP. Its an IPAQ 3870 and it looks great. I also bought a separate Wireless LAN SD card to go in the top of it, the great thing is...it came with the Tom Tom software (Worth about $70 )

I thought it was a pretty damn good deal!!

What do you guys use your PDA's for? Also, does anyone know any good sites that provide forums, software, reviews, etc for PDA's and accessories?

Couldn't live without my PDA, it tells me what i need to do and when.

I bought a 5$ CD from ebay which loads of free software on it as i couldn't be bothered to search the web. But there are plenty of sites out there.

My dad use to have one. He got it off ebay for $30, but didn't really know how much it was really worth. He barely used it, so he asked me to put it up on ebay for him.

I put an auction up and it sold for $105.

I ordered a wireless LAN card so I can use it on the net at home, and at college.

I also had a thought. Every year we take a holiday (vacation) to Orlando, Florida and I normally take my laptop because there is usually an internet connection where we stay. This time, I'll take the PDA...it will be much easier!

/me gets ready to load episodes of Friends and The Simpsons (and 24) onto SD cards :p

I used to have a bunch of Nokia phones, until I bought a Qtek S100 - a phone/PDA combo running Windows Mobile 2003.
