Just a simple question

Hii giuys,,I hope you all are doing fine. I have a very simple question,,If I can register domains with some other country specific extensions to which I dont belong. For eg If I can buy a .de or .es domain and many others..

Hope you guys clear my doubt...

It depends on the country. Some, like .us, require you to be a resident or have a business presence. Others are wide open.

Most domain extensions are open. I know that you can register .co.uk sites, and many others regardless of where you live. Registrars for restricted access domain extensions will recognize your location settings and deny access.
