hi..

i have on my shared hosting plan few addon domains that all have joomla ... how to find which database is for a specifique domain (site) ? i'cause i want to transfer a site to another host and i need to backup the database

You can find which database is used by Joomla as

Login to admin panel -> Global configuration -> Database -> you can find database name and user.

All information are stored in configuration.php file in root directory.
