Need review for design of my website

IMHO.. first of all, I liked your logo. Goes perfect with the site name & .us. Second, as in categories, I believe that should be in the left nav bar and break it down with Top 5, Top 10. You have top 5 on left and then top 10 on top? Any reason why?

Those are the two main things I noticed.

Agreed.

In addition, a little more contrast would be helpful. There's just too much of the baby blue going on.
Other than that, you could use a favicon and a little improvement on the loading time as your site loads really slow on my machine. Not sure if the problem is on my end, though.
