I want to inquire about one domain name but don't have any ideas about how to do it.

I see that a lot of other domains has the same "front page". I've tried to email to Value-domain.com support without any success.

So any ideas about what does this japan phrase mean and how to inquire about this domain name?

Odd, that's Chinese. But value-domain is a Japanese company. Maybe a Chinese person in Japan. Something about not accepting inquiry, but my Chinese is really rusty.
