This individual purchased a script of mine on November 21st. I emailed the script to the email registered with Paypal. A couple hours later I receive an email from Paypal stating the buyer stated he did not receive the script. I resent it and in additional provided Paypal with a direct link to the script that they could provide the buyer with. I also forwarded a copy of the sent mail showing I had sent the script to the buyer.

Paypal went ahead and reversed the charge today.

Do not deal with this buyer as he claims he doesn't receive scripts and disputes the charges.

You should be able to get the funds.

PayPal does not offer refunds for virtual items.

reversed charges are not the same as the user filling a claim and getting a refund. Reversed transactions are automatic from what I can believe, paypal seem to have taken it upon themself to introduce this a bit - its been quite a pain for some of my electronic services too.
