I don't know of it is a trademark. I regged it just in case, because my lost will be so small compared to the high profit if it is not a trademark.
If it is a trademark, no problem to give it to the owner of the trademark.

apple have a very open policy with regards to trademark domain name, as long as they are being used in a responsible manner then there generally isn't a problem
