How can you find out if a Domain name is Trademarked?

I just regged a casino name that 3 of the other extensions were taken by the same company. I did not see on the site that it was TM. I have noticed on some sites that they do put that they have a trademark on it.
Do they have to list it on their website if they have it trademarked?

The name I regged is Vegasfrontier.us
I think they had .com .net .biz

I don't think it's common to point out at website that it's domain name is copyrighted.
