Numbers in names can be branded but they usually take longer to do so than pure letter words. You'd have to take special care to teach prospective users that the name containes a number in it whereas with pure letters this wouldn't be so.

Unfortunately names with numbers like yours are not as valuable as domains without. (eg) 4 - for, 2- too,to.
They are not as searched for.
I do not think that either of your domain names have much value , to be honest. In my opinion I do not find domainstopark.com particularly memorable.
Others may think differently , it is just my opinion.

Best of Luck with the names

domainstopark.com is better.

What they're trying to tell you is that nobody is going to randomly type in domains2park.com just to see what's there.

It depends what you are looking for--a domain to be brandable or a domain that will get type traffic or both. domains2park is brandable and I believe this would be a better domain to use for a business than domainstopark. I would keep both domains and forward one to the other domain (the domain that is marketed). domainstopark may lend itself to more type-in traffic.

Overall, I would keep both domains. Sell them together or develop them together.

I have fu2.org, .us, and .info. I personally feel fu2 is much more brandable than futoo.
