Anybody else had trouble with eukhost

ive been waiting months for a refund and i got some crap that my back could claw it back so i been the bank and what do i get told they can only claw it back if im saying its fraud so i sent them an email stating if there no refund in a week im gonna have them for fraud. now im wondering has any1 else ever had trouble with them?

Trouble with eUK?? Plenty...
Downtime of either the whole server, emails or SQL.
Lack of support, in fact rude sometimes.

If you're looking for a host, I suggest hostingplex.com. They've been so wonderful for me (especially in the support area) so I just thought I'd recommend them...

this is an old thread now but i never did get my money back and just by a quick search on google shows they are still scaming people so they are best to stay away from
