Ahh I see what is happening. You are using NamePros.Com - Powered by vBulletin to come to namepros. When you log in you are logging into the non www. version however all the links point to NamePros.Com - Powered by vBulletin

The cookie must not be for all subdomains. Will add this to the bug list, simple change needed to config should sort that.
