I would like to register a domain name that containing work and flex. Is it a trademark ?

Yes it is a registered trademark but owned by atleast 10 different orgaizations globally and not exclusive to one entity. Further, given the fact 'work + flex' is a generic combination, there is least possibility of anyone coming after it, if used in generic sense.

In case it is parked for sale, avoid CPC links / related ADs.
