Personally, I think you'll be hard up to find a $60,000 offer, but if it goes to an end-user, you could easily get that much. I think your best bet is to set a $60,000 asking price or expected price, whatever it is... Then just sit back and wait to see what kind of offers you get. LLL.coms will only go up in value, so the longer you hold onto it, the more it's worth. If you're not in desperate need of the money, the best thing you could do is just sit on it for awhile and wait for that nice end user offer to come.
