Have you asked GoDaddy to merge any accounts ?

edit : supportwebsite.com redirect to GoDaddy Support Forum.

Are you sure that this email coming from [email protected] ?

afaik, supportwebsite.com is where all godaddy support emails come from.

to make account changes like this, they require that you send them either your support pin number or the last four digits of your payment method.

sounds legit to me, i've merged a few accounts at godaddy ( their clunky checkout process kept on creating new ones for me )

login, go to your account -> account settings -> account security information, and you should be able to set a pin number so your don't have to send the last 4 digits of your credit card. ( not that i think much could be done with just those last four digits anyway )

EDIT: p.s. if you want to make 100% sure you're emailing the details to godaddy, use the email support form on their site.
https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/support_submit_question.asp

i bet they'll respond from [email protected]! ( i think it's to provide whitelabel services for their resellers, e.g. GD hosting/email is at secureserver.net, and their SSL service is at startech or something like that )

rares, if you're actually the one in the picture, then i guess everythings okay...;)

but anyhow, giving someone your login user and last four digits of the CC shouldn't cause any issues..they still don't know your password or the other 12 digits of your card

they won't ask you for your password, this is just to verify you're that person
but if you don't want to merge they won't
