    Hi everybody , I bouhgt before 2 weeks ago this domain
    buynintendo . com
    But somebody here in namepros forums told me that is not legal because its a TM domain .
    so , my question : is it realy a TM domain ? And is there a web site to know the TM and check about TM domains

    Becasue it's a clear TM, you should delete it, best time: nowww
    Here you can see some UDRP cases of 'Nintendo domains' which were sued from Nintendo:

    If you can't delete it for yourself, write your registrar that you want to get it deleted.

    Sure! You could get sued. Especially with the one you have with "buy" on it. The problem is...if you were to get sued, you're looking at potentially high expenses just to defend yourself. Not worth it.
    Especially when noone would probably buy it from you because of the potential problems.

    You can't get sued for having it without using it to sell nintendo products but they can ask for it from you and it is best to cough it up. I would drop that immediately waste of space and your money.

    Don't hold it, don't try to start a website, avoid costly lawsuit and move on..
