TM/Copyright Lookup

Hi guys,
I wish to register a domain name. Before doing that, do i need to check up with the Patent office of different countries individually to make sure that i am not registering a TM/Copyrighted name.

Or just a check on the US Patent and Trademark website is enough,

Its probably safest to look through all of them, but I think it would depend somewhat on the extension you are looking to register.

Any website where i can lookup TMs for all countries at one go? I assume it would be quite time consuming to lookup TMs for all countries individually.

Which is the best method of querying the TM data base:-
a. Search Exact Search Phrase
b. Search Any Term
