Hello,
I have all possible domain TLD variations of a TM which I am planning on creating soon except for the .com in addition because the TM is two words I have purchased the domains that switch around also.
My question is that obviously the .com is more 'brandable'. The owner has proxy information up and I cannot contact him for a possible sale. The domain has never been used for anything in 4 years and now points to nothing.
If I were to get a TM on this name, would it then mean he has to transfer it to me? (He has possession of the domain before this TM existed but it was not used for anything and still just sits there).
If so, how could I even contact him?
Thanks
