Hi all.
My first question is, if you have .com that can be considered generic, can you brand/tm it as a <generic.com>? For example, if I have cookbook.com , can I brand/tm my company as CookBook.com (assuming that I will be in the cookbook industry)?
Disclaimer: I don't own cookbook.com, I'm just using it as an example because I just got done watch the cooking channel, and cookbook was the first thing to popped in my mind.
Edit: Okay I sort of found out the answer from googling generic domain wipo cases. Thanks anyways.
