Is this [cityname]Hotels.com domain worth developing, and how would I do it?

I just picked up a [cityname]Hotels.com domain name. The search "[cityname] hotels" returns just under 15,000 searches a month.

I have never done a travel website, but an wondering if the number of searches a month warrants my creating a site on this name. Can anyone chime in? Is there money here?

And, regarding creatin the site itself, I've been looking around and see some turnkey travel sites, but most are general, worldwide travel. I'd like to find a geo location turnkey website that has the travel affiliate hooks in it, but have the website "local" in its list of hotels and some city description pages I would create. A wordpress theme would be great, bt I have not found one.

Any help on both these questions would be very much appreciated.

Well you can always park it and see how much traffic you get, or develop the site for cheap *wink* :D
