Is this a scam? Offered 25k for hand-regged name

I'm sure I know the answer to this already, but just want to make sure I don't walk away from good money....

I hand regged a domain name a few days ago and today I got an e-mail from someone saying his client has "6 figures" to purchase a handful of good names (why would they tell me what they have to spend?).....

I asked him to make me an offer, he said $25,000 and that I needed to screenshot my domain account to prove I am legitimate owner (lol) and get a seller's certificate...

I know this is a scam but have been buying domains since 2009 and have never seen anything like this, I just want someone to reassure me that it is.
