advice Is this a good / legit offer on my two letter *.gs?

Hi everyone, I've had the domain www(dot)HS(dot)gs for a couple years now. I use it, but not for a moneymaking endeavour. I've been offered $666 from a dude from China that's saying he'll use Escrow(dot)com.

Is this a good price for the domain? Will it ever go up in value? Should I even trust the offer? I have no idea where to start.

LL.gs sales on namebio are around that much, seems like a good offer to me but you could always try for more
